Complaints Procedure:
- Complaints relating to the distribution of proceeds must be in writing addressed to the Chairman, Endeavour Community Trust, PO Box 54064, Mana, Porirua 5247
- All complaints will be considered by the Board of Trustees and a written response provided to the complainant within 20 working days.
